As a seasoned professional with over 8 years of experience in Various Leadership roles within the business supplies and equipment industry (PT. Niagamas Lestari Gemilang) with the Famous Brand like Daiden, Doliz, Izumi, Kyuho, and NLG, I bring a wealth of knowledge in human capital management, compliance, organizational development, continuous improvement, and audit.
Most recently, I served as the Head of Human Capital & Compliance, where I was responsible for managing the human resources and compliance functions for the company. During my 1 year and 4 months tenure, I implemented a number of new initiatives to streamline HR processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Prior to that, I held the role of Organizational Development Mgr for more than 2 years. In this role, I oversaw the development and implementation of performance management systems, and succession planning strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Before that, I spent more than 6 years as the Cont. Improvement & Audit Mgr, where I was responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste across the organization.
